On January 13, AITO celebrated a significant achievement as its one millionth vehicle rolled off the assembly line at the Seres Super Factory. On the same day, AITO delivered its 270,000th, the marque’s flagship SUV. The first Chinese automotive brand to emerge from a true cross-industry partnership, AITO’s rapid journey to one million vehicles underscores the success of this innovative business model and raises the bar for the country’s auto industry.


Speaking at the event, Zhang Xinghai, Chairman and Founder of SERES Group, remarked, “Reaching the million-vehicle milestone is living proof of what cross-industry partnerships can achieve. The M8 has topped its class for six months running, and the M7 has already exceeded 400,000 units delivered. Each new AITO model has been a hit with customers. Over the past five years, our collaboration has grown stronger, and we’re excited for even greater things to come.”

Zhang Xinghai reflected on AITO’s journey, emphasizing that the brand’s success is rooted in a commitment to cross-industry partnership. “By leveraging our combined strengths in product design, innovation, and ecosystem development, we’ve built a foundation for long-term growth,” he said.
