Mr. Xinghai Zhang, holds Chinese citizenship and possesses a graduate degree. He is a senior economist and the founder of SERES Group.

John Zhang Director, President

Mr. John Zhang is the Chairman and President of SERES Group. He holds an EMBA. During his tenure with the Group, he has held several key leadership positions, including Vice General Manager of Chongqing Sokon Holdings, CEO of SF Motors, General Manager of the SERES Group’s Marketing Center, Group Director, President of the SERES Group’s Smart Automobile Business Group, and General Manager of SERES Automobile.

Xianzhi Yin Director, Vice President

Mr. Xianzhi Yin currently serves as Director and Vice President of SERES Group Co., Ltd.

Zhengyuan Zhang Director

Mr. Zhengyuan Zhang is the Director of SERES Group Co., Ltd. He holds an EMBA. During his time with SERES Group, he has served as General Manager of Dongfeng Sokon Automobile’s Procurement Center, General Manager of Chongqing Sokon Import and Export, Vice General Manager of Dongfeng Sokon Automobile, General Manager of Dongfeng Sokon Automobile’s Sales Company Dongfeng Sokon Automobile, and General Manager of SERES Automobile’s the Sales Company.

Wei Shen Director, Vice President, Secretary to the Board of Directors

Ms. Wei Shen is the Director, Vice President, and Board Secretary of SERES Group. She holds a master’s degree in Law and a Board Secretary Qualification Certification from the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Lian Liu Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Lian Liu is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SERES Group. She is a certified accountant and holds an EMBA. She previously served as Vice General Manager of Chongqing Sokon Automobile Group’s Shock Absorber Division, Assistant to the President, and Director of SERES Group.

Ping Wang Vice President

Mr. Ping Wang graduated from Jilin University of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing. He serves as SERES Group’s Vice President.

Clifford Kang Vice President

Dr. Clifford Kang is the Vice President of SERES Group. He has nearly 30 years of experience in China's automotive and auto parts industry. He spent 12 years working at BMW, serving as Vice President for the company's China operations and at its global headquarters in Germany. Dr. Kang also served as the Managing Director of the China region for Delphi Automotive Systems, where he was responsible for the independent after-sales market in the Asia-Pacific region. He holds a doctorate in Business Administration.

Qizhong Huang Vice President

Mr. Qizhong Huang is a Chinese citizen and holds a bachelor’s degree. He currently serves as Vice President of SERES Group.

Lin Zhou Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Mr. Lin Zhou is SERES Group’s Chief Technical Officer. He holds an EMBA. During his tenure with the Group, he has served as Assistant to the General Manager and CTO of Dongfeng Sokon Automobile, Executive Vice General Manager of the Group’s Technology Center, Director of the Forward-Looking Design Institute, Project Director, General Manager of the Group’s Liangjiang Factory, Vice General Manager, and General Manager of SERES Automobile’s Product Line.
