Mr. Xinghai Zhang, holds Chinese citizenship and possesses a graduate degree. He is a senior economist and the founder of SERES Group.

Xianzhi Yin President

Mr. Xianzhi Yin currently serves as Director and President of SERES Group Co., Ltd.

Clifford Kang Vice President

Dr. Clifford Kang is the Vice President of SERES Group. He has nearly 30 years of experience in China's automotive and auto parts industry. During his career, Dr. Kang spent 12 years working at BMW, serving as Vice President of Aftersales Service in China and at its global headquarters in Munich, Germany. He also served as the Managing Director for the China region of a division at Delphi Automotive Systems, where he was responsible for the independent aftermarket in the Asia-Pacific region. He holds a doctorate in Business Administration.

Lin Zhou Vice President

Mr. Zhou Lin, born in September 1980, is a Chinese national and holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA). He previously served as Assistant to the General Manager and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of DFSK Motor Co., Ltd.; Executive Deputy General Manager of the Technology Center and Vice General Manager of Seres Automotive Co., Ltd.; and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the company. He is currently Vice President of Seres Group Co., Ltd.

Wei Shen Vice President, Secretary to the Board of Directors

Ms. Shen Wei, born in May 1982, is a Chinese national and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.). She previously worked at King & Wood Mallesons (Beijing office), Yushang Investment Group Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Xizheng Yufu Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., and served as Supervisor and Director of the company. She is currently Vice President and Board Secretary of Seres Group Co., Ltd.

Ping Wang Vice President

Mr. Wang Ping, born in October 1973, is a Chinese national and holds a bachelor’s degree. He previously worked at Qingling Motors Co., Ltd., Zongshen Technology Development & Research Co., Ltd., and Changan Ford Automobile Co., Ltd. He is currently Vice President of Seres Group Co., Ltd.

Lian Liu Financial Controller

Ms. Liu Lian, born in November 1967, is a Chinese national. She holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) and is a certified accountant. She previously worked at Chongqing Hongyan Internal Combustion Engine Co., Ltd. and served as Deputy General Manager of the Shock Absorber Division and Assistant to the President of Chongqing Xiaokang Automotive Group Co., Ltd. She also served as Director and Vice President of the company. She is currently Financial Controller of Seres Group Co., Ltd.
